PAYMENT:
Payment on or before delivery, or on collection. COD goods unfortunately cannot be left if payment is not available.

DELIVERY:
A Delivery Fee will be levied to Johannesburg, Reef, Pretoria, Vereeniging, Heidelberg.
Delivery is to site ground level within 3m of roadway. Concrete City is not responsible for damage to property however so caused.

COLLECTIONS:
Before 4.00pm please.

RETURNS:
Goods correctly supplied will incur a 20% handling charge. Goods specially manufactured are not returnable for credit.

ORDERS:
Please order in good time as goods are usually made to order. A 50% deposit is required on special custom made items.

CONDITIONS OF SALE:
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, all amounts owing to the seller shall be payable immediately upon date of delivery of goods to the purchaser.

The Seller does not give any WARRANTY or GUARANTEE in respect of the goods. The seller does not hold itself responsible or liable for goods damaged while in transit from the seller's premises to the purchaser's destination. i.e. in the event where the purchaser uses his own transport.

Although the seller shall not be obliged to accept the return of any goods as per order, the purchaser shall be liable for a 20% handling charge, calculated on the invoice value of the goods in the event of the seller being prepared to accept the return of such goods, furthermore, the seller should be advised of the return of such goods timeously.

The purchaser do hereby specifically warrant that the person accepting delivery of the goods on his behalf is duly authorised to do so.

The seller shall not hold itself responsible for any accident or injuries to any person or persons while our products are being installed or erected.

The close corporation hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate's Court in respect of any action arising from the sale of goods.

Quotations are valid for 60 days only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any period or date quoted for COMPLETION represents the best estimate. No responsibility shall attach itself to the Seller for any delay whatsoever.

The Seller reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue amount.

The Purchaser is responsible for determining that QUANTITIES ordered are correct. Any advice given by the Seller in this regard is given as a guide only.

Should the Purchaser be in BREACH of one or more of the terms and conditions hereof, and including but not restricted to failure or refusal to accept any work done or delivery of any goods ordered or to make any payment on due date, the Seller shall be entitled
inter alia:

a) At its option, to declare the full balance due and payable by the Purchaser and institute preceedings for recovery without notice.

b) To enter the Purchaser's premises in order to recover possession of the goods without being obliged to obtain a court order for such repossession.

c) Without prejudice  to its right upon 7 days notice to the purchaser, to claim cancellation of the contract,  forfeiture of any moneys paid and return of the goods delivered in default of payment concerned.

Should the Seller institute any ACTION against the Purchaser, the Purchaser shall be liable to pay all the Seller's costs, inclusive of collection commission and fees paid to tracing agents and attorney's fees. These amounts shall be payable to the Seller on demand. The purchaser hereby consents to the JURISDICTION of the Magistates's Court in respect of all actions which may be instituted against the Purchaser by the Seller, notwithstanding that the amount or issue in dispute exceeds their jusrisdiction. The Seller shall nevertheless in its discretion be entitled to proceedin any Supreme Court of competant jurisdiction.

Under no circumstances may any of our products be copied in any way without prior written permission.
